The producers of Planet Earth, a popular BBC series narrated by David Attenborough and watched by 100 million viewers, are embarking on a new series called Frozen Earth, which will address the Arctic, Antarctic, and climate change. Researchers are featured in the series, and summer 2008, ORI’s Snowy Owl project will be filmed in Barrow, Alaska.
